At Legacy Asset Management, we take pride in renting historically restored Victorian and Craftsman homes as well as trendy urban apartments. Many of our properties are located near the University of Southern California and historic West Adams.
We specialize in accommodating group living environments with occupancies from 3 to as many as 15 person homes. Tenants can lease a home with a group of friends and create treasured memories that will last a lifetime.
