Wij zijn LentiCure. Nu nog een start-up voor levensreddende gentherapie voor zeldzame stofwisselingsziekten, zoals de ziekte van Pompe en het syndroom van Hunter. Als 100% dochteronderneming van Erasmus MC Holding BV zijn we sterk gelieerd aan het Erasmus MC, thuisbasis van hét kenniscentrum rondom de ziekte van Pompe. We worden nu voornamelijk gefinancierd door het Prinses Beatrix Spierfonds en Erasmus Foundation. Daarnaast ontvangt Erasmus MC TKI-subsidies voor de samenwerking met ons.
We zien het als onze verantwoordelijkheid dat de behandelingen die we ontwikkelen, voor een transparante, betaalbare prijs bij de patiënt komen. Daar is de patiënt én de maatschappij mee geholpen.
