• Full communications content lifecycle experience, from concept, through writing and editing, to publishing. Experience with digital media, print, and web publishing. • People management experience with small and medium teams, both local and remote. Able to manage and develop direct reports as well as drive success for teams reporting to others in a virtual or dotted-line matrix. Strong team member development experience. • Experience with intranets, print, web, social media, internal and employee communications. • Experience managing MS Teams, Slack, Yammer, Jive, and SharePoint collaboration tools. • Experience with both Chicago Manual of Style and AP Stylebook. I also have managed editorial calendars and content scheduling. • Microsoft 365 Office: high proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and OneNote. Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. • Adobe: Acrobat, Photoshop, XD, and InDesign experience. • Agile experience: workshops in XP and Scrum agile methodologies, then applied experience at several companies. • Design Thinking, UX/CX experience with journey mapping sketchnotes, ideation, and user experiences. • Program management and project management experience. • Digital platforms and tools: in addition to collaboration tools, experience with PoliteMail, SharePoint, Vignette, Wordpress, LumApps, some SiteCore, some Confluence, Scala digital displays/eboards, Asana, sli.do, and more. • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) tools • Focused on employee experience and engagement.
