Opening their doors during the Covid-19 Pandemic, Jacob and Dylan Leoni created Leoni and Sons to take advantage of the numerous real estate opportunities populating throughout the state of Florida. They now identify the company as a Real Estate Investment, Acquisition, and Development Company.
Jacob currently attends Franklin & Marshall College, where he is pursuing a degree in Business Management and Finance. He purchased his first home in March 2020, fully renovating it before placing it on the rental market.
Dylan graduated from FSUs’ Jim Moran Institute of Entrepreneurship at the height of the Pandemic. Prior to graduation, Dylan purchased his first home in foreclosure in 2019 and rented it within weeks of closing. When not focusing on real estate, Dylan works as a corporate pilot and part-time for Leon County EMS.
Both Jacob and Dylan have an extensive history of working in the real estate industry with personally owning investment properties worth over $2,500,000. Due to their father’s influence growing up, Jacob and Dylan continue to assist with their fathers’ real estate developments.
