The versatility of the investment casting process 'Lost Wax' method provides an effective and economical alternative to other methods of producing metal components.
We work on the design and production of bespoke individual castings in small or extremely large batches across many and varied industries.
Operating from modernised premises, Lestercast has implemented lean manufacturing processes and rapid prototyping technologies, it has made and continues to make considerable investment into new machinery and bespoke business systems.
To support it's manufacturing capabilities, the company also offers a comprehensive range of services such as tool making, machining, salt spray testing, heat treatment and surface finishing.
Lestercast prides itself in a team of long-service and dedicated, professional employees and can provide technical advice and support from initial design, production and all the way through to quality assurance.
We are proud of our industry standards and continue to strive in our accreditations with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 and as part of our service we offer stocking facilities to ensure our clients have a continual supply of essential components. We also hold F4N Status - Fit for Nuclear.
We have recently been granted ‘Fit For Nuclear’ status following a year long assessment and are pleased to be one of a few investment casting foundries in the UK to have this accolade.
