At LETIZZA Bakery we are passionate about baking handcrafted pizza bases, made to an authentic Italian recipe using only carefully selected quality ingredients. The original bakery was formed in Australia in 1992 and in 2004 the Gilvarry family proudly launched the LETIZZA brand, which has continued to develop and grow it’s delicious range offering. Letizza is 100% Australian owned, servicing the Retail and Foodservice industry in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Every LETIZZA pizza base is handcrafted giving each one its’ unique shape and real homemade appearance. Our bases are pre-baked pizza bases, which means they have an excellent baking tolerance giving you perfect results from any oven in just 5 – 8 minutes, without the fuss! The unique texture and flavour of LETIZZA pizza bases comes from our traditional Italian recipe and specially selected blend of enriched flour, olive oil, parmesan and mozzarella cheese baked into the crust. LETIZZA Pizza bases are also low in fat, which makes it a healthy alternative for any meal. For the Foodservice industry our LETIZZA pizza bases are available in a range of sizes starting from 2” all the way to a rectangle slab.
