Concēv was born out of the desire to change and in many circles start the conversation around proactive fertility. A private practice dedicated to proactive and holistic preconception planning that centers around the time before you’re officially “trying,” with a focus on changing men and women’s lifestyle and nutrition habits to optimize sexual and reproductive health.
We focus on all of the factors that influence fertility: physical activity, chronic diseases, mitochondrial function, diet, medications, oral health, family genetic history, environmental exposures, gut microbiome, pH balance, weight management to name a few.
We utilize functional medicine principles and take an evidence-based, holistic, patient-centered approach that would clap back if it were ever called ‘one size fits all.’ Quite the opposite, we consider each person’s biochemistry, physiology, environment, and genetics to create a proactive, energizing, plan that will be the wind to their goals’ sails—whether that entails conceiving now or some day in the future.
