IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT & GOVERNANCE: Management of big projects also with international scope, teams coordination for the project delivery and operations execution on big IT environments, methodological approach to the project lifecycle management and IT operations, relationship management with customer, results and customer satisfaction monitoring, quality assurance on deliverables. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT: Support to companies operating in the IT market (mainly software houses and system integrators) in the identification of assets and offering development to be brought on new and existing customers. Management of existing accounts and coordination of project delivery teams. IT STRATEGY CONSULTING: to support customers’ IT middle and top management to define strategies directed to transform and evolve IT infrastructure with the goal to improve business processes and operations. IT ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTING: rewiew and renewal of IT environments, new infrastructure and high level application design.
