LevNU is run by Katarina Lundblad who has extensive experience of meditation, retreats, body dynamic methods and personal development. She is a Leg Psychotherapist, Leg Health Care Curator and trauma therapist in IoPT. Katarina has a teacher certification in mindfulness-based stress reduction from CFM, Medical School, USA, is a teacher in Mindful Self-Compassion, trained in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, Mindful Eating and Interpersonal Mindful Program. She is a member of Mindfulness-Based Teacher Association Sweden Together with Dr Åsa Palmkron Ragnar, she is a co-author of several books on mindfulness and self-compassion. She has been a student of Vasant Swaha since 2000. Katarina's hallmark is her intuitive ability.
