Liasto

The sun-dried tomatoes we make at Liasto are from selected tomato varieties with high lycopene content, the ingredient responsible for its red color and known for its anti-cancer properties, as well as a high °Brix grade, which is responsible for their sweet taste. Our sun dried tomatoes contain no sulphites, no preservatives or other improvers. It is a product made only from Greek Earth, Sun, Sea (for salt), and … much “meraki”. You will find it in jars in sunflower oil and with savory (aromatic), in vacuum packaging drained or dry.
