_lidenica is a consulting firm specialized in Organizational Change. _Our raison d’être is to help organizations to develop their own capacity to change to accomplish the twofold goal of (1) becoming more efficient and (2) adapting more rapidly to a fast-changing competitive environment. _In order to accomplish this, we prioritize the human side of organizations. We strongly believe that our teams, our talent, are the ones that make the difference.
