Since my days in college, I’ve always been certain about one thing. In this volatile, uncertain, and competitive world we live in, it is us, our teams, who are the ones that make a difference. People are, were and will be the definite and ultimate competitive advantage. During my professional career, I’ve gathered more than 20 years of experience in Organizational Change. This means helping organizations to develop their own capacity to change to accomplish the twofold goal of (1) becoming more efficient and (2) adapting more rapidly to a fast-changing competitive environment. This help is offered in many different ways: training, coaching, mentoring, facilitating, strategy...Although I feel comfortable in all of these arenas, my major focus is behavioral training. It’s all about people. Sure! Experience has taught me, however, real change comes from working directly and closely with people’s attitudes and behaviors. A trend these days within Organizational Change is to aid organizations to transition into a more Agile environment. Thanks to being a Certified Scrum Master and my experience with leadership training, I’ve successfully enjoyed this path with several clients. Their organizational goals were simplicity, flexibility, speed, and, of course, delivery. And, you might wonder, why do I do what I do? Because I truly believe in people and our remarkable ability to grow and improve through training.
