LifSkool

Our mission is to place mental health and well-being at the heart of schools in Kerala, India. We deliver engaging and interactive lessons to upper primary school students (9-12 yrs old), based on the 10 core life skills prescribed by the World Health Organisation. These skills are self-awareness, empathy, critical thinking, creative thinking, decision making, problem-solving, effective communication, interpersonal relationship, coping with stress and coping with emotions.
