TSF (Tengbang Sintha Foundation)

Tengbang Sintha Foundation ( A section 8 Company) is driven by a philosophy of peace and healing in conflict regions. The objective of Tengbang Sintha Foundation is to foster peace, mutual understanding, and social harmony in conflict-affected regions; empower youth through education, skill development, and leadership programs; provide educational, psychological, and social support to conflict-affected individuals; promote gender equality, social justice, and human rights; address the needs of marginalized communities, including persons with disabilities; engage in cultural preservation and environmental sustainability initiatives; and conduct research, advocacy, and policy influence on peacebuilding, youth development, and social justice. TSF equips conflict-affected adolescents with essential life skills, enabling them to navigate challenges and rebuild their futures. Our structured programs ensure measurable improvements in resilience, decision-making, and problem-solving, with over 95% of participants demonstrating essential life skills upon completion. We drive systemic change by advancing public understanding of life skills and volunteerism, particularly in conflict zones. In its first year of incorporation, currently TSF is working with more than 600 children across 6 districts in Manipur, India.
