Tom is an NLP Master Practitioner. Caroline has delivered outstanding results to multiple NHS Trusts for over a decade, in senior HR Interim roles, and driving high profile, complex Projects, such as the implementation of the 2016 Junior Doctors Contract. Caroline has been Deputy HR Director in two NHS Trusts, and prior to that enjoyed success in a range of senior strategic, operational and project HR roles with Sainsbury's.
