Liminal Collaboration helps those on a learning journey, customizing and co-designing tactics to address unique needs in the changing environment. This allows collaborative leaders to enhance their own skills and uncover ways to more effectively and confidently show up to better address the complex community issues they want to change. We work alongside those in communities who want to address some of the fundamental issues that keep people from reaching their full potential.
To create the sustainable community change that happens through collaboration, we focus on four areas of work: group coaching, technical assistance for leaders, facilitation and training, and resource development.
We have a deep understanding of what it takes to create social change, bringing together and maintaining an active group of residents, professionals and key decision makers to advance health and social policies and programs that help all people thrive. It requires a new way of thinking of leadership; leadership not as a position but as an activity that anyone can engage in to positively influence the community.
