Lin et Chanvre Bio

Lin et Chanvre Bio was created in 2013 by organic linen French farmers and was joined by schutchers, spinners, knitters, and brands to develop the organic linen and hemp textile sector in France and Europe. We work with all the textile sector to promote the use of organic linen and hemp fibers. We aim at working with the farmers to help increasing the organic flax production. We coordinate research on hemp fibres. These projects participate in building a stronger organic linen sector and they will help answering consumer expectations for local, organic, and ethical clothes. Nous souhaitons créer un espace d’échange sur les savoir-faire et itinéraires techniques des fibres libériennes bio et promouvoir l'utilisation du lin et du chanvre bio auprès de toute la filière en travaillant à leur développement sur le terrain. Nous croyons aujourd'hui en une filière textile biologique équitable et transparente envers ses producteurs et nous promouvons avec nos partenaires les projets de relocalisation de ces filières.
