We are a small, architectural practice, dedicated to offering a very flexible, personal service at competitive rates. We become very personally and emotionally involved in every project, from inception to completion and will tailor the level of service to suit all requirements.
Many of the properties that we work on are listed buildings and we have a very good track record of successful negotiations with planners and Historic Environment Scotland.
All drawings are produced using CAD (Computer Aided Design) for speed, accuracy and clarity, helping you to visualise the end result, all the way through the project.
A significant percentage of our work is repeat business, from very happy clients.
We have a reputation for delivering what clients want - our solutions to client’s briefs are always creative, positive and enhancing.
We believe in appropriate, sympathetic design from the offset. We don’t have a house style.
We do one thing – we design great buildings.
First and foremost, constructed spaces should be functional before they are fashionable. Contemporary design in any setting should be sensitive and considered.
