We are a logistics consultancy partnership who specialize in solutions design and project management, this would also include Change Management, Testing, Training and/or End to End Implementation. We offer a wide range of services with a keen focus on the fulfillment center section of the supply chain. We have over 30 years of logistics experience between us; working in a variety of retail and ecommerce operations, both in-house and with market leading 3PLs. Having backgrounds from both operations and systems, allows us to look at assignments holistically, enabling us to be The Link between all parties, ensuring guidance and understanding are established. As part of the service offering, we ensure that the “Link” methodologies of “Knowledge Share” and “Partnership” are instilled with each client we work with. We are firm believers that working hand in hand towards shared goals adds the value that is easily missed.
