The mission of Link is to make the insurance industry the employer of choice for the LGBTQ+ community. We will do this by supporting the attraction and retention of LGBTQ+ talent within the insurance industry. Engaging and collaborating with market participants, the LGBTQ+ community and diversity networks to drive inclusion and acceptance in the workplace.
Link USA is a registered nonprofit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code operating under the name Link LGBTQ Network USA Association
