At the Career Development Center, we aim to help Lipscomb alumni and students Explore, Equip, and Engage. Explore: We help Lipscomb students and alumni explore career options by discussing career aptitudes, collecting market data, sharing alumni stories, and pursuing leads for relevant work experiences. Equip: We help Bisons take their next step by editing resumes and cover letters, conducting practice interviews, and supplying connections. We also equip students with resources to optimize their LinkedIn profiles and develop their personal brand. Engage: We help students and alumni engage positively with employers, and we help students connect to alumni for shadowing and informational interviews.
