LIQUID VENTURE BUILDER is an entrepreneurial project aimed to take advantage of new market trends and emerging open innovation paradigms in the beverage industry,independent from beverage corporates. FOUNDERS PAOLO DALLA MORA is an Italian entrepreneur known for his innovative ventures in the spirits industry, with a particular focus on creating premium, authentic, and unique alcoholic beverages. His entrepreneurial journey stands out for combining his passion for quality and tradition with a commitment to innovation and sustainability, which has allowed him to build brands that resonate with modern consumers. Born in Friuili in 1977, before launching his own ventures, Dalla Mora worked in marketing and brand management for various high-end companies, where he honed his skills in product development, branding, and market strategy. Paolo Dalla Mora has a diverse background in marketing, luxury branding, and entrepreneurship, which has influenced his approach in creating Engine Gin and positioning it as a unique product in the spirits industry. Luca Gargano is an influential figure in the world of rum, known for his pioneering approach to the spirit, both as an importer and an advocate of high-quality, traditionally crafted rums. He founded Velier at the young age of 18 and would go on to transform the company from a small-scale importer to one of the most respected names in the world of rum and rare spirits, currently the biggest independent importer and distributor of beverage in Italy. AIM investment strategy will include both No/Low ALC and traditional categories such as spirits and beers.
