Illuminus is a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living management company dedicated to serving older adults and families throughout the Midwest with skill and compassion. Driven by a legacy of compassionate care, rooted in faith and love, Illuminus offers independent senior housing, assisted living and memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, low-income senior housing, home health and hospice services via Commonheart, as well as management support and consulting services. With roots tracing back over 50 years to the founding of The Marquardt (formerly Marquardt Village) in Wisconsin, our commitment to providing quality care only continues to grow stronger. We understand the unique needs of Midwestern communities and leverage our extensive experience in senior living and healthcare to provide exceptional care and services to older adults.
