Liverpool Gin Distillery

At Liverpool Gin Distillery, we offer visitors of our wonderful City the opportunity to see our distillers in action. Here we produce our very own Liverpool Organic Gin on-site in a custom-built 600ltr copper still while our visitors relax with a refreshing drink at the bar. Our distillery has four floors: Basement Lounge The Basement Lounge offers dark spirits from all over the world indulging with whisky tastings and dark spirit cocktails like no other. The Basement Lounge also contains our Kitchen where we serve delicious hand made pizzas, tapas, flat breads and nibbles. Ground Floor The Ground Floor is home to our 600ltr copper still, producing our premier-branded Liverpool Organic Gin on-site. Our fantastic Gin Bar can also be found on the Ground Floor, consisting of many types of gin along with numerous other spirits too. First Floor The First Floor is where we have our 32 mini copper pot stills. Here you can learn how to distil your very own bottle of gin using your own botanicals, you can name the gin yourself and can even wax the lid of the bottle! Second Floor The Second Floor will be home to our Bar Tender School – more details of this experience to follow… Tours & Experiences We have three different experiences for you to take part in – the Distillery Tour, the Distillery Tour and Gin Tasting and the Distillery Tour, Tasting & Gin Lab Experience. Or Just Pop In To See Us… You can also of course, just come in and help yourself to a comfortable setting whilst having a spot of lunch/dinner with a gorgeous G & T or a cuppa?
