Lydia founded LIW Ventures when she observed organizations struggling to effectively integrate their existing and future business processes into a digital modernization effort. Digital modernization can take many forms including implementing an asset management system (AMS), leveraging data for compliance and maintenance tasks, or leveraging geospatial (GIS) data in day-to-day operations. Regardless of the effort, the need is the same: existing business processes must be analyzed, reviewed, and revised to effectively integrate with digital systems.
