Lizard Brain provides visual facilitation to federal agencies, government contractors, nonprofits, and corporate clients anywhere but primarily focused in the DC metro area. Lizard Brain was incorporated in 2013. What is Visual Facilitation? Visual facilitation involves guiding group interactions with visual tools like visual templates, graphic recording, and vision maps. Visual Templates: Large, illustrative paper forms designed to capture specific ideas. Participants provide content, filling the template themselves. Graphic Recording: Large-scale illustrative note-taking that captures participants' spoken words. This can be done on large paper wall charts or digitally on an iPad. It creates a group memory of discussions and decisions for future reference. Vision Maps: Detailed illustrations created over time with input from a small group. These maps can depict a future state, current context, case for change, or past history, all on an 11"x17" sheet of paper. They can be used as a starting point or summary for group meetings. Our services include visual templates, graphic recording, and vision maps as standalone offerings outside of visual facilitation.
