LKT Consulting LLC is a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) certified consulting firm offering Power Systems Planning Services. Linh Tu is the President and Owner of LKT Consulting LLC. Linh Tu is a Consultant in the power system planning with over 16 years of experience in power systems and the generation and electric utility industry. Her professional skills include project management and support and analysis of the bulk electric systems. As a project manager in the power industry, Linh represents clients’ interests in projects that involve engineering studies, assessments or due diligence. At Burns & McDonnell, Linh successfully brought in new projects through business development and client management along with quality assurance in all facets of client work. Some of her areas of subject matter expertise include project management, transmission planning, long term planning, NERC Compliance, gap analysis, switching transient studies, short circuit analysis, load and generation interconnection studies, and facility studies. Linh has knowledge and working experience in all eight NERC regional entities. In addition, her experience expands beyond the U.S. power market into Alberta, Canada. Her technical background includes experience performing electric system analyses, utilizing software such as PSS/E, PSLF, PowerWorld, MUST and Aspen, as well as a diverse management background.
