Founded in 2004, Local Care Force is a Nursing & Social care agency, and dare we say it……The busiest agency in Yorkshire! supplying over 20,000 hours of Nursing care and Support - we didn’t re-invent the wheel, we just do it right! We support our work force and have 3 Clinical Lead nurses to ensure inclusion and confidence. We offer both temporary and permanent staffing solutions and ensure all our candidates have the relevant experience, qualifications, training and are continually developed. We have 8 qualified trainers, 3 of them Nurses and all with their own specialism ranging from Team Teach to Autism to Catheterisation! All our training is in person and never online. We're not just a team of office bods or sales people - we actually know what we are talking about!!! We boast a team all with an extensive background in Social & Nursing Care. From Prison workers to Auxiliaries & Registered Managers to Clinical lead Nurses - we have done it all! Registered with CQC, Local Care Force is not just an agency;. As care providers ourselves, we understand the need for consistent, quality candidates and that sometimes emergencies happen and staff are required last minute; that's why we are open 24 hours a day 365 days to both candidates and clients.
