Born as a small wood-oven bakery, through 75 years, the small workshop of Costabissara has become a well-established company whose production is in demand all over the world. The flexibility of our structure, which is the result of an inalienably and deliberately artisanal choice, allows us to meet the most demanding specifications and to constantly update our product range, which now consists of over 80 products with several flavours varieties. These efficient activity is today recognized exporting over 3,5 million Euro value in over 50 countries Loison believes in its roots and history. This heritage is symbolized by the Loison Museum which originates from a private collection, the fruit of love for the world of pastry making and for all the memorabilia related to it. Loison Museum and the adjacent Conference Hall is now the scene of several educative session concerning the most different matters (economics – marketing – pastry…).
