The automated 20,000 square-foot plant will package and distribute bagged pre-blended dry-mix products in 60lb. to 3,000lb. bulk bags with silo options. Longleaf Packaging’s product line will include Mortar Mix Type N and Type S, Concrete Mix, Portland Cement, and Sand Mix. They will also offer specialty items such as Core Fill Grout and Colored Mortar Mixes. Longleaf Packaging’s sales and distribution plan targets professional masonry trades, commercial builders and home improvement stores within a 180-mile radius of the intersection of I-95 and I-26 in Vance. Longleaf Packaging will also offer private label packaging and distribution solutions.
