Look Up Consulting is the inspiration of Jonathan Wurr, a professional with 25 years in the manufacturing and industrial business sectors. After helping to build a Coca-Cola factory in Wakefield, managing the buying and distribution of industrial bulk chemicals and running plastic moulding companies on two continents, he felt he should work to help companies improve their talent and/or their processes, particularly in manufacturing. Jonathan trained in coaching and mentoring and Look Up consulting now provides high quality services across the UK, with a special focus on manufacturing companies and third sector organisations. Look Up used Jonathan's experience and communication skills to deliver training on a range of subjects. Look Up collaborates with the very experienced Diane Moisley-Mason of DMM Training and Development to deliver open or bespoke training programs, such as Personal Leadership Programs. With experience of building, running and commissioning factories, Look Up can assist SME manufacturers to get the best from their facilities, streamline their processess, install new management systems or improve their buying and stocking systems.
