The investments are seeking to maintain shareholdings with a long-term or even permanent horizon. The firm looks for quality companies, with proven business models and sustainable competitive advantages; in industries with favourable dynamics. In the private market, the Luceiro Capital Partners strategy is based on acquiring majority stakes in private companies located in Spain or Portugal and then becoming actively involved in the management and creation of long-term value.
