Lucky Robot holds a desire for Ichiban Daké, “Only the Best”! We are ranked in the top three sushi restaurants in Austin and we are the only sushi restaurant in Texas committed to serving sustainable fish through our partnership with Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch.
We source our poultry, beef and pork from local farms and cooperatives using sustainable and regenerative ranching practices. The farms we work with hold their partners and ranchers to the highest environmental, sustainability and ranching practices.
