I am a fully qualified and seasoned integrative psychotherapist and facilitator with a deep commitment to helping others navigate their inner worlds. My practice is influenced by the natural world, cyclical living, the creative process, humour, identity exploration, and contemplative practices. I am open-minded, creative, and authentic, leading with a heart-centred approach. Confidentiality, authenticity, and integrity are the cornerstones of my work, and I consider it a profound privilege to hold a tender, safe container for my clients' experiences. I offer psychotherapy and creative facilitation to individuals and groups both online and in-person in London and Somerset.
