Luvbiltong is healthy snacking, an alternative to the sweeter varieties of food snacks. We use natural ingredients with select meat from locally sourced butchers. Each batch of biltong comes from carefully selected spices, used for centuries by the Dutch settlers in South Africa. Luvbiltong have adjusted, re-designed, and adapted to meet the needs of a healthy snacks.
Unlike jerky, Biltong needs no slow cooking, heavy flavouring, or harmful additives. Biltong is cut to deliver a soft, moist, cross section of the beef that is easy to chew and nearly melts in your mouth.
Instead of tough, Biltong is tender; instead of dry and overpowering, Biltong is savoury and flavourful. The process creates a taste that is mouthwatering and delicious like a fine prosciutto.
The natural drying process concentrates the protein, so that Biltong is an ideal snack for active or busy individuals.

Coriander - Roasted coriander seeds
Pepper - Cracked black pepper
Worcestershire - Gluten Free
Our pasture raised, grass-fed, Scottish beef is immersed in Red Wine vinegar and gluten Free Worcestershire sauce for a further 16 hours after dry spicing, this allows all pathogens and bacteria to be killed, leaving a delicious, shelf stable biltong product which we vacuum seal for lasting freshness. 3 month shelf life, once opened, eat within 3 days.
