‘Build to Rent’ is a term used to describe privately rented residential property, and as the name suggests, involves the building of homes specifically for the rental market. The sector is booming on the back of London’s soaring high prices but not all private sector rental companies are equal.
For almost 50 years, we have delivered a direct personal approach to rentals that’s focused on delivering liveable homes to ensure a high standard of living for our residents.
