Lyndon Management is a boutique multifamily property management firm founded in 2017 alongside its affiliate investment arm, Paravel Capital to create a vertically integrated owner/operator platform. With common ownership and leadership across the companies, Lyndon Management is able to be nimble in decision making and cut through the bureaucracy and red tape that is inherent in larger, more institutional firms. Additionally, it’s Lyndon’s top priority to create a culture where ALL team member’s input, opinions, and ideas truly do matter... and get implemented so that we can provide best-in-class customer service for our residents. Based out of Austin, TX, Lyndon currently manages properties in the central Texas region and is continuing to grow it's portfolio of properties and opportunities.
