Macritchie provides advice to resource companies, and to investors in resource assets, on finance related and other aspects of their businesses. We have extensive expertise in structuring and negotiating debt, hybrid and equity financings, and in mergers, acquisitions and divestments. We have a long track record in complex restructurings and workouts, including in working with creditors, other stakeholders and with new investors to recapitalize operationally sound but financially distressed resource companies and projects. We invest our own capital in advanced exploration and pre-production resource projects, and work on a co-investment basis with family offices and other sophisticated investors. Our partners are drawn from the resource, investment banking and fund management industries, and are based in Singapore, Australia and Canada.
