MMBM is the product of Small Supports, Leeds.
We are a bespoke service, providing management, care and treatment for individuals with high level of needs.
The individuals we support have a diagnosis of Mental Health/LD/Forensic history, and are in need of a higher level of support that other services cannot provide. Our service provides singular models of care to each person, who will live in their own home, with their own hand picked staff and a support package that is tailored to them.
We run by clinical referrals only.
