WCN Care Group is a Social Care provider in Dorset and Hampshire. We aim to meet the needs of older people looking for excellent Domiciliary care and Residential Home care in a safe, warm, happy environment that is homely in scale. WCN Care Group operates two care homes. St Anne's Care Home in Southbourne supporting people living with dementia, or other mental health illness and behaviour which challenges and other complex needs. Stour Road Care Home in Christchurch offering Residential Care and specialist Dementia Care. Our mantra is ‘Excellent Care – Extraordinary People’. We aim to empower our people to deliver excellent care by resourcing them adequately, investing in their development, and providing dynamic clinical leadership.
