Advocate Mahfuz Miraj

Mahfuz Miraj is a former debater and a practicing lawyer. He has been working as a legal professional since 2014. In 2023, he was enrolled as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Since 2014, he has been an enrolled advocate under the Bangladesh Bar Council and has been serving his profession with great skill and sincerity as a regular member of the Dhaka Bar Association—one of the largest and most prestigious bar associations in Asia. Mr. Mahfuz Miraj is well-recognized as a skilled organizer and professional. In 2010, he founded the Green University Debating Club and served as its President during the 2010–2011 and 2011–2012 sessions. To expand the debate movement and practice in the Mirpur area of Dhaka, he established the Mirpur Debate Council in 2011 and served as its President for the 2011–2012 session. Since 2023, Mr. Mahfuz Miraj has been serving as the General Secretary of the Green University Alumni Association. He has also been working as a Legal Advisor to numerous organizations, including DotSilicon Limited, Dream Travels Agency, Sovvota Development Consultancy, and the Bangladesh Fraud Prevention Society. Outside his profession as a lawyer and organizer, Mr. Mahfuz Miraj is also a writer. From 2009 to 2011, he worked as a scriptwriter for the children's magazine program Onnorokom on Bangladesh Television (BTV).
