Mahonitas was born out of the intuition of three friends with a common dream: to create a product reflecting their passion for the sea and for a sustainable lifestyle.
In 2018 they had the idea to transform the traditional avarcas menorquinas in a modern sandal, cruelty free, versatile and built with innovative materials.
A sandal that could be worn on the beach, on rocks, on a boat, but also to stroll around town before closing the day with drinks at sunset.
After the first model MAHON tied to tradition, additional ones were eventually introduced; all with a common feature: the ethical values underpinning supply chain and production process.
Mahonitas is a vegan and cruelty-free sandal, recyclable in its every component, manufactured in Spain by small and medium local enterprises.
Every year, Mahonitas supports an environmental not for profit organization.
