Maisha Pharma - Uganda

Maisha Pharma is a vertically integrated medicinal cannabis company based in Hoima District, Western Uganda. Following the successful completion of a fully subscribed seed funding round in 2024, the company has finalized comprehensive feasibility studies, vetted and secured prime agricultural land, conducted detailed water, air, and climate quality analyses, made its first executive hires, and obtained a 10-year comprehensive cannabis license from the Ugandan government, including cultivation, processing, domestic distribution, and international export of medicinal cannabis. Following its successful seed round, Maisha Pharma is now advancing toward Series A funding, seeking capital partners with experience in global cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or emerging markets.
