Crafted in-house, our bean-to-bar approach utilises high-quality ingredients and artisanal techniques to offer clients a sustainable and alternative experience to chocolate tasting. Using transparently traded cacao beans from different origins, soils and climates, Maison Choc offers a variety of flavours guaranteed to have your tastebuds travelling the world. Each recipe, developed by our chef and founder Clara Dayoub, has been designed to complement the bean and its unique flavour profile. By carefully supervising each step of the chocolate-making process as well as maintaining a transparent and ethical supply chain, Maison Choc is devoted to making each bite not only delicious but also socially and environmentally conscious.
