About Make a Move
We love working with businesses and organisations to improve the wellbeing, resilience and productivity of their teams. Make a Move is a charity founded on the principles of music and movement making people HAPPY! The idea is simple, but it is in the PROCESS where you can see Make a Move's magic. We help people develop an absolute awareness of the bond between BODY and MIND, inspiring laughter, encouraging a sense of fun and promoting happiness. We design and run customised sessions and programmes for businesses. We also deliver workshops and projects to community and vulnerable groups including disadvantaged children, new mums experiencing low mood, and adults with dementia.
