Make Things Better is a problem solving consultancy, launched in January 2014, for people and organisations who are committed to making progress with the issues that matter most to them. Be it technical, organisational or behavioural. We provide consultancy, mentoring and public speaking services to enable clients to serve their purpose, solve their problems and overcome challenges. The key elements of our work are: Get to the truth of what the real problem and critical factors are. Understand intangible drivers behind client / employee / user behaviour. Ensuring clients present their offerings the right way at the right time and be able to accurately predict the outcome of their actions. Create conditions in which people and organisations naturally pull together and thrive. Convey fresh technical and behavioural insights to, the design of new products, strengthen concepts and prototypes, develop existing offerings by increasing performance and predict how offerings may evolve in the future. Assess and develop an organisations ability to conceive and execute innovation projects and initiatives.
