Make-A-Wish Rio Grande Valley serves the 6 southernmost counties of Texas which include Cameron, Hidalgo, Starr, Willacy, Brooks, and Kenedy. As of 2022 our chapter has granted over 1,500 wishes, creating hope and joy to critically ill children and their families. Make-A-Wish of America is the largest wish granting organization in the world! Together, we create life changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Our vision is to grant the wish of every eligible child.
