Malformation Games is a newly formed development studio inspired by the games of old. With a retro aesthetic and a unique take on horror, Malformation intends to celebrate a classic era of gaming with the vision of bringing it into the 21st century. The company was founded with the intention of being everything that a games company should be: Open, fair, transparent. People are treated right and respect is always first and foremost. We are interested in who you are as a person and believe that nurturing and encouragement in a high-performing environment is the way to get the best out of people. To that end, you are treated as an individual, not a job title or number in a hierarchy. We eschew the modern trend of dressing up questionable practices under the guise of a rockstar workplace, and instead prefer to talk plainly and openly about who we are and what we do.
