Mallsense

MallSense is a decision support system specifically designed for shopping centres. Its primary function is to collect sales data from tenants' point-of-sale (POS) machines and combine it with customer behaviour and footfall data. The system then uses this information to provide ready-to-use interfaces for mall, asset, marketing and operations managers, enabling them to make data-driven decisions to enhance the mall's performance and increase sales.
