Ovunque is the only malting plant in South America specialising in the production of gluten-free malt and sprouted grains. We germinate a wide variety of grains and legumes, like millet, buckwheat, corn, rice, peas, beans, chickpeas and lentils. Since 2018 we have been promoting the development of gluten free beer in South America. In 2020, with the pandemic, we saw the opportunity to develop a range of sprouted grains. That's why we created Amola, the brand for sprouted flour, grains and legumes. Amola makes innovative products that can be used as ingredients for the production of alternative, tasty and nutritious food and beverages. Sprouting is a great way to release the essential nutrients stored in the grains. And Amola makes it easy to incorporate superfood in everyday recipes.
